Alastair Duns

A former professional yachtsman, Alastair has trained, coached and mentored high performing teams and their leaders in some of the world's harshest and most extreme environments. He is passionate about helping people and organisations flourish by fostering engagement, leadership and is a strong proponent of creating the right environment for those people and organisations to thrive.

With a degree in languages and a certified Human Factors trainer, Alastair is well placed to understand the many components which influence both human performance and culture. Combined with his first hand knowledge of working in high risk environments, Alastair brings a different perspective to the team at MedLed.
