Excellent course. Anne ensured that it was interactive giving everyone a chance to talk things through with peers and continually worked on keeping the course relevant to us.

This was a very well led course & we got good interactions from the attendees. It was very useful to have the breakout rooms (which worked very well) to have more in depth conversations with the other attendees. Multiple different learning styles catered for in the sessions meant that all were hopefully able to benefit. Would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to revise or expand their practise in the area of conflict management, important conversations or even first level negotiation skills.

Course carried out in nice friendly environment, good opportunities to share ideas about personal experiences on subject and learn from peers experience.

It worked well on Zoom. Ann adaptedthe material to suit the group brilliantly and the role play and disussions were really useful.

Extremely well facilitated and run course. Strong interactive component and tailored to the needs of each participant. Good mix of theoretical and practical components, and a great mix of different forms of learning. Would have been even better face to face, but used the possibilities of online learning to the best.
